There were some issues with the air conditioning, as it struggled to cope with the heat during warm days.

it's near the transport station and a supermarket tho it's far from the main area of milan. the staff are nice.

I have a big problem with wi-fi connection. It doesn't available in the room, you could access it only in the hall. I have a problem with hot water on the last day of the hotel in the room. The breakfast is quite poor. When I was leaving the hotel, there was non-english speaking staff at the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transport and not far from the city center. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and a delicious breakfast. The view is lovely and the facilities are top-notch, with everything you need to make your stay a great one.

Although the hotel is great, there is one negative aspect to consider.

Its at the good location if you want to pay a visit to Aosta and Como lake area. Fair rate, so good for someone who has tight budget.

A bit old, the shower nozzle in the bathroom doesn't work. Simple breakfast but acceptable.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations were lovely and the breakfast was delicious! The best aspect was the location, it was very convenient to get around the city and visit all the Christmas markets. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only downside of this hotel was the WiFi, it was a bit slow and could be frustrating at times. , the heating system in the room was a bit too warm and we weren't able to adjust it properly.

Perfect location as it is just steps away from a metro. Also the airport bus stop is only 5 mins walk from the hotel! There is also a supermarket nearby. The room is of very high quality and the internet signal is very strong. Very friendly staff. The Brazilian restaurant is great! This hotel is among the best hotels that I have visited.

The choice of breakfast is quite limited. The rest is perfect.
